The Gen II Lo Vis Blow Out Pouch was modified to attach a tourniquet to the top or bottom. A laser-cut piece of composite material was added to thread bungee and cord lock (included with Gen II) or any desired material to attach your tourniquet.
A slightly larger and ambidextrous Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK). This blow-out kit can be configured to carry your essential medical items. The pouch can also be worn on a belt, enabling it to be worn in the small of the back for use as lumbar support when inside of vehicles. The outside carrier is basically a sleeve consisting of a four-way stretch face to snugly fit the size of the internal pouch.
The internal pouch is easily removed from either side by pulling on the ambidextrous plastic handles. The handles can be adjusted to suit your feel. Easily reassembled.

The right size
This makes for a better IFAK pouch than the standard IFAK because it holds everything needed and mounts on the belt in a more secure manner with little movement.

Lo-Vis Medical Pouch
I’ve used this set for my belt Ifak for the past couple of years. It has performed perfectly. It is worn…faded, and looks used, but it’s never torn, the insert looks new. It holds a full ifak easily, and is simple to deploy. I see BFG finally figured out the micro was too small.; thus releasing a larger one for a premium price. The AWS lo- vis is and always has been a perfect belt mounted medical kit at a price point that is reasonable. I’ve recommended them to at least a dozen teammates and they all run them and are happy.
