It is also the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine that the particular product is suitable for the use intended, and that it complies with all acceptable regulations, standards. and unit Standard Operating Procedures governing such usage. AWS, Inc is not and will not be held liable for any damages arising from the abuse or improper use of the equipment. Failure to follow all adequate safety precautions, provide proper inspections and maintenance services is fault of user and AWS, Inc will not be held liable. Since these items are out of our control ALL responsibility shifts from AWS, Inc to the user and/or purchaser.

Therefore, we do not warrant that you may legally purchase, own or carry specific products offered in our website. When you place an order with us, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal difficulties or restrictions and are in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
Any disputes arising under or relating to the terms of these terms and conditions that cannot be resolved by the parties themselves shall be submitted for mediation in Cumberland County, North Carolina administered by and according to the rules of the Commercial Mediation of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear their own costs in the mediation, including attorney’s fees and one half the cost of the mediator.
Any dispute that remains unresolved after the mediation will be resolved by final and binding arbitration in Cumberland County, North Carolina before a single arbitrator administered by and according to the rules of the Commercial Mediation of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear their own costs in the arbitration, including attorney’s fees and one half the cost of the arbitrator.
The arbitrator shall have the authority to award such damages as are not prohibited by this agreement and may, in addition and in proper case, declare rights and order specific performance, but only in accordance with these terms and conditions.
