The best
A simple design that is super well made. The Velcro is solid, mounting it is easy and it hold the TQ no problem even fighting with combative people, or doing a field op. This is definitely infantry live fire lane approved

Horizontal Tourniquet Pouch
Awesome quality and easy to get a tourniquet into/out of of. I personally like the pouch in the horizontal position but no question that the vertical pouch is of the same quality.
