The CQB/Sustainment Pouch was designed for CQB and Direct Action operations. Holds a large spectrum of personal and mission gear such as linear charges, breaching equipment/supplies, first aid contents/IFAK inserts such as our 51435 Large Medical Insert Panel, sustainment items (chow, hydration, clothing). The slim design allows for comfortable wearing and movement inside aircrafts/vehicles. Front and side MOLLE panels are constructed of heavy duty, abrasion resistant composite laser cut material and allows for additional pouches to be attached to pouch. Passthroughs are dispersed throughout the front, sides and bottom of pouch to route bungee cord for item storage and additional utility.
The CQB/Sustainment Pouch occupies 4 columns and 4 rows of MOLLE. Primarily fitting on a plate carrier but can also be used as a stand alone pouch mounted to the SMU Belt or any comparable gun belt.
