AWS Assault pack type 1
High quality pack that can hold a deceptive amount of stuff with the beaver tail. Perfect size and the straps work very well over body armor with the stretchy sternum strap being a nice addition. Aid bag sits in between the beaver tail and I can still have my water in the main pocket as well. Maybe a bladder hook would improve this, but it’s hard to find any faults in this pack. Side Molle for attaching extra pouches, and this thing is just tough. Solid construction and you’re gonna get some great use out of this.

Great Assault Pack
This is the best assault pack I have ever used. The modularity is great. The molle panel is great for attaching an IFAK or other pouches. The beaver tail is great for helmets, wet weather gear, or a ghillie cape. The construction is durable and reliable. I highly recommend this assault pack to anyone looking for a small pack for those one to two day missions or adventures.

Awesome!
A great price of kit. Fits great over my LBT6094 and works as a day pack for hiking. I just wish it had waist straps for when you're not wearing a PC.

Bag
Great bag would love to have a bladder hook / loop of some sort. Would also love for it to come in black, I know the assault type 2 has black but it doesn’t have a removable beaver tail.

Almost perfect day pack
I know it is an "assault pack" but it makes a great day pack. 4 stars because there is no hook for a water bladder.

Best Flight Bag Yet
I have tried about 6 different bags for my flight bag in 8 years of flying. This pack is the best by far. I've used bags from Mystery Ranch, 5.11, GoRuck, Issued bags, a CLS bag, and the ubiquitous GungHo Gear bag. Nothing beats this bag. All of your essentials fit easily in the beavertail and are accessible from the seat with one hand. Plenty of room in the bag for a basic hammock and camp chair with room to spare for HUDs, NVGs and whatnot. The slip pockets on the side do well for my multi-tool, flashlight and writing implements. I have 2 critiques that kept this bag from a 5 star rating. 1. The top of the beavertail should have a MOLLE/PALS field. This would be the perfect spot for an NVG pouch or something similar. 2. I think a grab handle at the top would be a good addition. Both of these are easy fixes that I can do myself aftermarket, but I think others would find it nice to have at this price point. Overall fantastic bag!

Assault pack
I bought this pack while stationed overseas. I’m a SAW gunner so it’s really nice for carrying extra drums and whatever else I may need. When I got it I mounted it to my plate carrier and so far I can’t find anything bad to say about it. It’ll do everything I need it to do and then some. And I also run the AWS battle belt as part of my set up. Also perfect so far for what I require it for. I’ll be shopping AWS for my law enforcement needs when I get back home too. Great product guys. Keep it up ??
