The IFAK Pouch allows you to position and carry your IFAK when you don't need a magazine dump pouch. The IFAK pouch fits around the LAB MOLLE panel so you don't lose any space. The front of the IFAK carrier is MOLLE COMPATIBLE so instead of losing space you GAIN space. You can mount single MOLLE pouches such as the accessory pouch and the tourniquet pouch. The new panel allows you more "real estate" in the space used for the IFAK. This makes your IFAK space neat, clean and cosmetically smooth. This is an awesome accessory for the LAB Shooters Belt System.

50735 IFAKouch
IFAK design is great. Great for allowing you to sit down with this on your duty belt and not cause back pain. My only complaint is the elasticity of the IFAK pouch itself, it's a little too tight for the bare IFAK necessities. Other than that, this IFAK is lights out.

Amazing is an understatement (Part 2)
The combination of the IFAK insert and pouch is simply amazing. The insert with a Twin pack chest seals, compressed gauze, combat gauze, NPA, 2 pairs of gloves, sharpie and casualty care card fits perfectly, with some work to insert it, it held in place very secured. The pull handles make it a breeze to pull form either side when mounted at the 6 o'clock position. The pouch itself is solid in place on the LAB belt, with space for a dump pouch or utility pouch in between the wrap around velcro tabs. Will be recommending to friends, 10/10.
