Belt is excellent quality at a fair price, at or below the competition. Customer service was spot on. I highly recommend AWS duty belts to all my teammates / co-workers

First off, the belt is pretty much perfect and is not uncomfortable or have negative things about it. The MOLLE pockets are a bit stiff but I imagine that use and wear will help on that. The only reason I am not giving this a 5/5 is that the sizing recommendations are off. They are technically accurate that if you are ‘x’ range of waste, then ‘y’ belt is the size. However, the upper range of said size requires you to extend the belt’s size a lit which would mean a space with no padding and velcro to attach. Some items could be added here, but not MOLLE. I completely recommend this belt, just go one size up from what you think you need.

I purchased this belt to utilize during range training and while out hiking. Although I wish I could say that has been the primary usage, it isn't. I volunteer at a dog shelter walking dogs, and this belt has proven to be a great way to secure the dog to myself comfortably and prevent the leash from tearing up my hands and letting a dog go if it bolts. I have had some pretty big dogs do their best to rip the D-ring off and so far none have succeeded. It is worth the money for me, it saves my hands and keeps the dogs secure during the week, keeps my firearm secure on the weekend. I will update if I use it for helicopter retention and X number of years in the SOF community, but don't hold your breath.

This is the second time I have purchased this belt and this one if for my son who is new to the Marine Corps. The quality and customer service is unbelievable and I would fully recommend this product. I will absolutely be buying another in the future. Semper Fi!

Well constructed and high quality

Fantastic duty belt, extremely high quality and accurate molle cuts, easily adjustable and secures extremely well to inner belt. Buckle is robust, and the belt is a major step up from my previous duty belt. Will absolutely recommend AWS.

Absolutely outstanding belt. This supports weight far better than anything else I've tried. Previously I wore a Bison belt, this is superior in every way. I do prefer the G hook on the inner belt, however the advantages of the support on this belt far outweigh it.

Works fantastic, strong Velcro. Holds a full sized pistol, 2 extra mags, and 4 pmags without drooping.

Not a big reviewer, but I will because this is a really great belt system. I bought the SMU system with an extra 2 inch wide under-belt so I could compare it against the 1.5 inch that comes with it. I have always been issued belts from another popular manufacturer over the years. They are not ridged enough for cuffs, ASP, double mag pouch, taser and a duty weapon. The SMU system is very ridged as well as the under-belt. Once you get it, you need to put all your gear on it and get it set up like you want it. Make sure you get everything set up with the same pants you’ll be at work. My holster loops were for a 2 inch belt so I ordered one for a 1.75 inch belt. The 1.75 loops fit this belt perfect. There is ZERO play which makes your draw alot smoother. The velcro is super strong. I also prefer the 2 inch under-belt because it makes a better “base” for the belt. The two inch belt will fit most 5.11 style pants belt loops which makes everything solid. It make take a couple of times to get your setup perfected but once you do it’s outstanding. I wear 34/30 pants and the medium is the correct size. And it’s not made in china.
