Cuff case
Purchased this to carry my issued handcuffs. The newer ASP Ultra Plus chain cuffs will fit in the case but are so snugged that you cannot pull them out easily. Might have to cut the divider to create space.

Perfect for a range finder
I keep my vortex ranger laser rangefinder in this pouch on my belt and it's the perfect fit. The pouch comes with a horizontal divider for cuffs, so I did remove that with scissors. Perfect for what I need it for

Excellent
I have tried different MOLLE pouches for my ASP handcuffs both hinged and chained and have been unsatisfied. This pouch can actually hold a pair of my ASP handcuffs either chained or hinged. The fit is slightly snug, but I'm cool with that.
