Shipping/Exchange/Returns Policy

BELT EXCHANGES:

If you need to exchange to a different size belt system, we are happy to exchange it for free. You have 30 days from delivery date to exchange - as we track all items shipped (and require a receipt, if in-store purchase)

NOTE: Belt Systems MUST be in the original condition that you received it in i.e. the AWS Label is in mint condition (not scratched, warped or frayed), the Buckle must not have any scratches or dings and the webbing or MOLLE has to show no signs of use or wear. The Inner Belt has to be in the exact same state when received.

EXCHANGE FORM

Allow up to 2-3 business days for your exchange to be reviewed. If Belt System is not in stock, it will be put into Production (please allow up to 14-21 business days to manufacture). We will shoot you an email to notify you if the Belt System you are requesting to exchange is not in stock.

 

EXCHANGES NOT INCLUDING BELT SYSTEMS:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, pouch type etc. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping for the originally received product to be sent back to our facility. Once we receive that item, AWS will pay for the outgoing shipping cost of the requested exchange item.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are requesting a product of a higher or lesser value, create an account on our website and we will send you a custom invoice for the difference.


SHIPPING:

"In stock" means items that are in our store front AND product being manufactured in REAL TIME. NOTE: Product in our store front can be shipped within 2-3 business days. Items that are in production, are subject to a lead time of 14-21 business days.

If you need your order expedited outside of our lead time policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will make a note on your order and try our hardest to help expedite the matter. The customer will be responsible for any expedited shipping costs that are incurred.

AWS, Inc is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit. Once product leaves AWS, it is ultimately out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS or UPS to initiate a claim. After you have initiated a claim, please alert us so that we can follow up. We will try to help in the matter to the best of our ability.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:

A shipping address error resulting in a RETURN TO SENDER - without informing us prior to your order shipping (which could be 1-21 days) will ultimately be the customers responsibility. When this occurs, please promptly alert us with the corrected address via email. Create an account within our website, then we will issue a custom invoice for the customer to pay for the package to be re-shipped. As a small business owner, we appreciate your business greatly and thank you for choosing AWS Gear.


RETURNS:

AWS Inc. only accepts returned gear within 30 days of the delivery date - as we issue tracking numbers. ALL product returned will be inspected of quality, integrity and aesthetics prior to any monies returned, and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

NOTE: AWS DOES NOT RE-SELL USED GEAR. Our customers' safety is always #1.

All item(s) being returned or exchanged, must be in new condition - the state you received it, in the manufacturer's original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We do not issue a refund for the original orders shipping cost, as the carrier has already rendered their services.

Please ship your order back to the address below with a follow up email with your intention; i.e. Order #, reason for return, date of shipment with tracking number. If not, a return of monies will not be issued.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used, then we may reject a refund. AWS Inc. is not responsible for any product return/exchange packages that are lost in transit.

Please allow up 2-4 business days for us to process your return, once processed you should receive your refunded amount back the next business day.

PROOF OF PURCHASE:

To complete your refund, we require an order number for confirmation. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we cannot issue a return.

Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery or date of in store purchase. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a return.

DISCONTINUED AND CLEARANCE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be returned. DISCOUNTINUED / DISCOUNTED / CLEARANCE items cannot be returned. Items that are discontinued are indicated on the product page. If you have any questions about which discontinued items may not be returned, please do not hesitate to email us. We are happy to answer any questions. 

*Electrical items, optics, scopes, flashlights, compasses, watches, harnesses, ropes, ladders, retention lanyards and related equipment/products cannot be returned once they have been shipped. Once they are out of the control of AWS, Inc and any of its DBA operations we cannot attest to the condition or said use of the item(s) even if they appear to be new. Once they are shipped and received by the end user, no returns are allowed.

WEBSITE CONTENTS: This is our legal statement letting you know that we are not perfect and mistakes are made. We try very hard not to make mistakes but we are human. We are not responsible for typographical, technical or descriptive errors of products and/or pictures herein. This applies to shipping as well, unfortunately mistakes happen. If you receive a wrong order by accident, please email us and we will fix the mistake. 

PRODUCT DISPLAY: Please note that when a product photo has the item shown or displayed in the pouch such as a flashlight, magazine, knife, etc. That item is NOT included with the pouch. It is for display purposes only. 

PRICE CHANGES: We try hard not to raise prices but sometimes we have no choice due to increases in raw materials. Prices are subject to change without notice.

PRODUCT UPGRADES: Many of the products we manufacture have upgrades over time. Any pictures shown are representative of the item but the actual part MAY VARY slightly or be a new and upgraded version. We reserve the right to ship a version of the product in stock at time of order.

PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY: AWS, Inc is not responsible for any person sustaining any injuries when using tactical products and gear. Upon purchase, the end user assumes all risks and all liability when conducting any types of activities when using tactical products. It is the end users responsibility to determine the risk involved and what safety precautions are required. It is the end users responsibility to use the tactical gear products safely and correctly and to ensure that all the appropriate training from qualified instructors is obtained prior to using any item. AWS, Inc and any of its DBA operations is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of any item purchased. AWS, Inc or any of its DBA operations offers no warranties or any guarantees beyond those of any other manufacturers. AWS, Inc or any of its DBA operations are not in any way responsible for items that have been damaged or defective under other than normal wear and tear conditions.

END USER RESPONSIBILITY: All products, technical information, videos and any other means of information shown or described on this website are provided to the end user to assist in making purchasing decisions only.
