The Large Medical Insert was designed for the 52941 CQB/Sustainment Pouch but can be used as a stand alone medical IFAK.

The Large Medical Insert is fully adjustable and designed to fit a wide variety of medical items. Large internal loop area will accept a range of accessories that are modular and easily removable.

Interior flap pockets provide extra storage for medical contents and supplies or documents.
